We are so sorry to learn of Dons passing. He was always so good to us and our family and it always brought a smile to our face when we would pass his house and wave at him as he sat on the front porch. He was a good man and will be missed by all that had the privilege of his friendship. God bless each of you as you go through this difficult time but oh my the great memories you have to share with each other.

Sorry to hear about Don's passing. I won't be able to attend funeral because I'm out of town. He was my supervisor on 3rd shift at JC Cowan. Many days he would work all day on his farm and then work night shift. It was always a pleasure to work with him. He was always smiling and laughing and always had a good story to tell. He was dedicated to his work and family and will be missed. I pray for God's peace and comfort for you at this difficult time.

Uncle Don, you were one of the sweetest people I ever knew, I am happy you became my uncle when you married my sweet Aunt Julia Ann.
You will be missed by all who knew you.
Cowboy, fix you some honey Graham cereal and some Jenkins raw milk,
I love you, Uncle Don.

I have to say that every time I was around Mr. Jenkins, he always made me smile. Our conversations would be about cows (of course) and about church and about how we each were doing. He was always kind and pleasant to be with as we asked each other questions about life and such! My life is better having met this honorable man. In short, Mr. Jenkins was my friend, and I will miss him. But like the Apostle Paul, I will thank my God upon every remembrance of him.

I worked with Don at the J.C Cowan Plant, he was my mentor when I began my management career, he taught me so much that could never be learned in classes or manuals. Always will remember him giving me money and saying "here little girl, go get us a cup of coffee".

Wonderful man who never met a stranger and always had a smile on his face. My thoughts and prayers are
with the family as you go through this difficult time. Don with definitely be missed by all who knew him.
